Rent collection service for Landlords


This service is ideal if you live close to the property and prefer to look after the day-to-day management and general maintenance of the tenant and property yourself, but wish to leave the rent collection and arrears chasing to us.


What we do


1    We visit your property and provide a rental valuation.
2    We market your property as quickly as possible.
3    Promote your property with our eye-catching 'To Let' board.
4    Accompany viewings.
5    Interview and assess applicant suitability.
6    Find a suitable tenant and discuss with you.
7    Perform tenant referencing and credit score checks.
8    Prepare/Sign Tenancy Agreement and other related documents.
9    Provide Standing Order for tenant to pay regular rent payments.
10   Arrange Inventory Clerk to prepare inventory *
11   Collect deposit and 1st month's rent then forward to you minus fees.
12   Check tenant into property (if requested)*
13   Administer the security bond to be deposited with DPS as required by law.*
15   Collect monthly rent on your behalf and provide you with monthly statements.
16   Chase and deal with rent arrears if necessary.
17   Review rent and re-let upon tenancy expiry, aiming to minimise void periods and ensure you receive the optimum return from your property.*
21    Provide Property vacation Report referring to original inventory.*
23    Process tenant's security deposit return from DPS upon settlement of any damage or unreasonable wear and tear.*
24    Check tenants out of property**
