Valuation

Once you have completed our online valuation, and have instructed us to sell your property, we will arrange a time to visit your property, so that we can complete our final stages of valuaing your property and ensure we have put the correct price on your property. This does not take long and normally, one of our specialist valuers will take around 1 hour. For example, a 3 bedroom property, will take us one hour, whereas a one bedroom flat will take around 15 minutes. 

But just because we cut through the waffle, doesn't mean we're not interested in your property. It just means we want to get on with arranging for the property to be marketed, as quickly as possible. We will do everything we need to do on that one appointment - there will be no wasting time with second visits.

Once we've visited, it will take 2 working days for the property to go on our website as well as other partner websites.
