We have revolutionised the way people sell and let their properties in the UK and are looking for new highly motivated Lettings professionals to drive our Lettings proposition across the business. Hours

Monday to Friday – 9am to 7pm

Saturday – 9am to 1pm.

Salary package

Basic £10,000 plus 30% commission or no Basic with 75% commission.

Main Objective of Role

The main objectives of this exciting role -  

1. Provide business generating support across the Lettings business to our Local Lettings Experts in the field.
2. Seeking and winning new business opportunities from our extensive Landlord database.
3. Cross selling our Sales valuations and Mtg services.

 Lettings Negotiator Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required 

1. Be well spoken & well presented.
2. A strong outbound calling call centre background.
3. Lettings experience desirable but not essential.
4. Strong negotiating and closing skills.
5. Be determined to succeed and progress your career in a fast paced environment.
6. Be able to work effectively within a team.
7. Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times.
8. Display high standards of service and presentation.
9. Have good organisational skills.
10. Ability to cross sell sales opportunities.
11. A strong communicator with excellent telephone and customer service skills.
12. Experience in a target driven environment.
13. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel and our own software.
14. A keen desire to succeed and make a real difference.

This role would best suit an experienced Lettings Negotiator who has good knowledge of the property industry and is keen to rapidly progress their career.

Required experience: Outbound Calling Experience a must!
