Hours
Monday to Friday – 9am to 7pm
Saturday – 9am to 1pm.
Salary package
Basic £10,000 plus 20% commission or no Basic with 75% commission.
Job specification
We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our team. To be the lettings negotiator showing properties and securing tenancies. To maximise cross selling opportunities. Excellent customer care is critical, as is managing Landlords, Tenants and applicants expectations.
Primary Objectives
- Have a strategic awareness of the wider 321ICS business to understand the benefits of a multi- disciplined organisation and to cross sell services.
- Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner.
- Ensure clear and proactive communication with all related personnel to ensure client relations are managed with an exceptional level of customer service.
- Arranging and carrying out viewings converting them to deals.
- Negotiate tenancies and process the deal to ensure that the deal is progressed and closed resulting in fees for the department.
- Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries with prompt responses or updates to both parties.
- Assist when necessary with pitching for new business and winning instructions whilst maintaining good levels of fees and quality properties.
- In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
Person Specification
- Proven track record in exceeding targets and winning business with 2+ years experience within the property industry.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
- Passion to carry out first class work.
- Team player who is well organised and reliable.
- Ability to cope under pressure and relishes a challenge.
- Good organisational and prioritising ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Smart, presentable and respectful.
- Enthusiastic.
